At Thorntons Windows, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople. This summer, thanks to continued growth, we’ve welcomed three new apprentices to our team, who joined us in July.
Our apprentices are:
-
Liam – Site Joinery
-
Jack – Site Joinery
-
Evie – Bench Joinery
Liam and Jack will be gaining valuable experience on-site, learning the ropes of fitting and joinery work from our skilled team, while Evie will be working in our in-house workshop, developing her bench joinery skills on bespoke timber products such as Accoya windows and doors.
As a family-run business with over 45 years of experience, we believe strongly in giving young people the chance to flourish. By bringing apprentices into our business, we can teach them our skills and techniques right from the very beginning, ensuring they develop skills, standards and values that will carry them throughout their careers.
It also allows us to pass on our company culture – creating loyalty, teamwork and pride in workmanship, while strengthening our growing workforce.
We’re excited to support Liam, Evie and Jack on their journey, and we’re confident they’ll become a valued part of the Thorntons Windows family.
Please join us in welcoming them to the team!
